Olof Neiglick, CEO

Olof Neiglick was appointed CEO of Burgundy in 2008. Mr Neiglick has over 20 years of experience from financial markets, from both buy- and sell-side institutions. Mr Neiglick’s previous roles include among others CEO of Nordea Fonder where he also was Chairman of the Corporate Governance committee, deputy CEO of Stockholm Stock Exchange responsible for product development, trading and clearing of equity derivatives and has served on the Board of various industry associations. 

Mr Neiglick is a graduate of University of Stockholm, with an M.Sc in Business Administration, Accounting and Finance. Mr Neiglick is also Certified European Financial Analyst from SFF/Stockholm School of Economics. Among others he is on the Board for The Swedish Society of Financial Analysts (SFF).

Peter Nylén, Head of Market Surveillance

Appointed January 2011, with Burgundy since March 2009. Peter has 8 years experience from the surveillance business including 5 years with the Swedish FSA. M. Sc in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Stockholm.

Erik Ellqvist, Head of Operations

Appointed October 2008, 15 years of experience from managing and operating mission-critical trading and clearing systems for OMX Group. B.Sc in Computer and System Design, University of Uppsala.

Stina Elofsson, Head of Finance and Administration

Appointed November 2008. Various administrative positions, Market Analyst at Roche AB, General Manager at Härnösand Golf Club. M. Sc in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Stockholm.

Thomas Gidlund, Head of Sales and Business Development

15 + years of experience from development and sales of trading software and services. Previously worked as product manager for Orc software. M.Sc in Industrial Engineering from Linköping Institute of Technology.

Sara Lannerhjelm Frisk, Chief Legal Counsel

Appointed January 2009, 13+ years of experience from the financial market and previously worked at the Stockholm Exchange and UBS Investment Bank. Master of Laws from the University of Stockholm.
